Build a report from OneDrive and email it

Olyvr reads source reports from your OneDrive, writes a combined report you can review and edit, and helps you send it as a PDF.

  • A Microsoft account connected in Memory Data Sources and the built-in OneDrive plugin, which reads files without changing anything.
  • A Google account connected in Memory Data Sources, to send from. It doesn’t have to belong to the same person or company as the Microsoft account.
  • A model.

Summarize the Q3 regional reports in my work OneDrive into a Word report, then email the PDF to finance@example.com from my work Gmail.

  1. Finds the files in the OneDrive account you named and reads them.
  2. Tells you about any file it couldn’t open or read, so the report doesn’t quietly leave it out.
  3. Writes the report as a Word draft that cites each source and lists anything missing.
  4. You review the changes, edit in the built-in Word editor, and export a PDF.
  5. Olyvr writes an email draft with the recipient, subject and message. Add the exported PDF under Files, then choose Send for the Gmail account you want. The confirmation lists the PDF’s name and size. If you close or reload the draft, add the PDF again.
  • The totals in the report match the source files.
  • The report names its sources and lists any that are missing.
  • The PDF includes your final edits. Export after you finish editing.
  • The email went from your Gmail account to the right recipient, with the PDF you reviewed.
  • A source can’t be read: the file may be corrupt or not shared with your account. Olyvr lists it as missing. Fix access and ask again, or go ahead without it.
  • The PDF looks plain: PDF export is text-focused. For the full layout, attach the Word file instead.
  • You edit after exporting: export again so the PDF matches.
