Olyvr is a desktop app. Everything it needs is bundled in the installer: you do not need Python or Node.js on your machine.

macOS 15 or later on Apple Silicon (M1 or later)

• Open the DMG and drag Olyvr into Applications.
• Signed and notarized by Apple, and it updates itself.
• Intel Macs aren't supported.

The Windows installer isn't code signed yet

Windows SmartScreen warns the first time you run it. Install explains how to run it safely. The macOS app is signed and notarized by Apple and opens normally.
