Send a contract for signature
Olyvr creates a document from a PandaDoc template, fills in the fields, and sends it for signature once you have checked every value and signer.
What you need
Section titled “What you need”- The PandaDoc plugin connected to the right workspace.
- A template with the fields and signer roles you need.
- The values for each field and each signer’s name and email address.
Ask Olyvr
Section titled “Ask Olyvr”Create a services agreement from our standard PandaDoc template for Dana Lee at Northwind, fill in the start date and fee from this note, and send it for signature after I approve.
What Olyvr does
Section titled “What Olyvr does”- Finds the template and workspace, and maps your values to the template’s fields and signer roles.
- Creates a draft document and points out any required field that is still empty.
- Shows the document, the recipients, the signing order and the message.
- Asks you to approve sending. Sending is a separate step from creating the draft.
- Reads the document status back and tells you whether it is a draft, sent, viewed or signed.
Check the result
Section titled “Check the result”- The signer receives exactly one invitation for the document you reviewed.
- The original template is unchanged.
- Olyvr reports the status PandaDoc gives. A sent invitation is not a signature.
If something goes wrong
Section titled “If something goes wrong”- Two signers share a name: Olyvr should ask you which email address to use. Confirm it in the preview.
- You change a recipient after the preview: review and approve again. The old approval doesn’t cover new arguments.
- Sending times out: check the document in PandaDoc before asking Olyvr to send again, so the signer doesn’t get two invitations.
