Produce a launch kit in several languages
Olyvr drafts your launch announcement in each language you ask for, as separate documents you can review and export.
What you need
Section titled “What you need”- The approved announcement, as a workspace document or attached to the message.
- A list of product names and terms that must not be translated, if you have one.
- A model that handles the languages you need.
Ask Olyvr
Section titled “Ask Olyvr”Create launch announcement drafts in English, Spanish and Arabic from the approved announcement. Keep the product names, dates, links and the $49 price exactly as they are.
What Olyvr does
Section titled “What Olyvr does”- Reads the source announcement and your term list.
- Creates one draft per language in the document panel, each clearly labeled.
- You review each draft, accept or reject changes, and ask for fixes in the chat.
- You export each approved draft to Word or PDF.
Olyvr doesn’t publish or email the kit. Sharing it is a separate step you take.
Check the result
Section titled “Check the result”- Each language has its own draft, and editing one doesn’t change the others.
- Product names, prices, dates and links are the same as in the source. Compare them yourself.
- Open each exported file. Check that right-to-left text, punctuation and mixed Latin product names display correctly and nothing is cut off.
If something goes wrong
Section titled “If something goes wrong”- Dates are ambiguous: ask for a written-out date format, for example “2 November 2026”.
- Characters are missing in the PDF: export to Word instead and open the file in Word or LibreOffice.
- A translation reads oddly: ask Olyvr to list the phrases it was unsure about, and have a native speaker check them.
