Section titled “Email us”Write to support@cielara.ai. You don’t need an account. We reply within two business days.
It helps to include:
- your operating system and Olyvr version (in Settings → About)
- what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead
- for a sign-in or import problem, which service it was (for example Slack, Gmail or Google Drive)
Please don’t send passwords, tokens or other secrets.

Community
Section titled “Community”You can also ask questions and talk to the team in the Olyvr community on Slack. It needs a Slack account; email works without one.
