Delete your account
Your workspace (documents, chats and memory) lives on your computer, not with Olyvr. Deleting your account removes what the Olyvr account service keeps about you.
What is deleted
Section titled “What is deleted”- Your account: name, email address and profile picture
- How you sign in: the Google, Apple, Facebook, Microsoft or email sign-ins linked to the account
- Your sessions, and the computers the desktop app was used on
- Your licence and its history, and your acceptance of the End User License Agreement
- The link between your account and the usage data the app sent while you were signed in
The usage events themselves stay, no longer linked to anyone, and are deleted after 400 days. To stop sending it, turn off Settings → General → Usage data in the app. See Usage data.
How to delete your account
Section titled “How to delete your account”Email legal@cielara.ai from the address you use with Olyvr, with the subject Delete my Olyvr account. We delete the account and confirm by email within 30 days. If you write from another address, we’ll ask you to confirm the request from the account’s address first.
Remove Olyvr from Facebook
Section titled “Remove Olyvr from Facebook”If you signed in with Facebook, you can also remove Olyvr’s access on Facebook’s side: open Settings and privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, select Olyvr and choose Remove. This stops Olyvr from receiving your Facebook name, email address and profile picture. It doesn’t delete your Olyvr account, so email us as above for that.
Google, Apple and Microsoft have similar settings for removing an app’s access to your account.
